The MSA 190 T is a top-handle cordless chainsaw built for professional arborists, ideal for small to medium pruning work including crown maintenance and dead wood removal. Its power output is comparable to the petrol MS 194 T and offers a lighter-weight option than the MSA 220 T. With excellent power-to-weight ratio and a compact, balanced design, it is comfortable to use over long periods. Paired with the AP 200 S battery, it counterbalances the guide bar for better control and less wrist strain. A high chain speed of up to 20 m/s enables precise, clean cuts, supported by bumper spikes that stabilise the tool on the wood. Battery operation means it’s suitable for low-noise zones like residential areas, schools, or hospitals.

Supplied as standard with a 1.1mm 3/8” P PS3 Pro chain and Light 01 guide bar, and compatible with an optional eyelet accessory for attachment to a belt carabiner. Rated IPX4 for weather resistance. With an AP 200 S battery, it runs for up to 48 minutes. It can also operate with AP 300 S or AP 500 S batteries for longer durations, though at the cost of balance.
