The STIHL TSA 300 Cordless Cut-off Machine is a professional-grade, battery-powered tool designed for precision cutting in construction, hardscaping, and pipework. Featuring a 12″ (300 mm) cutting wheel and part of the STIHL AP System, it offers powerful, emission-free performance with low noise and vibration—making it suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.

Compact, well-balanced, and easy to handle, the TSA 300 delivers cutting performance comparable to the petrol-powered TS 410, thanks to its narrow kerf and lack of engine vibration, allowing for clean, accurate cuts up to 110 mm deep. It comes equipped with a high-performance composite resin cutting wheel and can be upgraded with a D-SB90 diamond cutting wheel for more intensive tasks. The EC motor runs quietly and efficiently, while the integrated STIHL magnetic filter protects internal components from metal dust. Additional features include a fast-stop brake that recovers energy back into the battery, a LED display for real-time status updates, and zero direct emissions for environmentally conscious use. For full performance, the TSA 300 must be used with the AP 500 S battery, providing up to 20 minutes of runtime on a full charge.
